Making jelly is an easy process, but there are some tricks and things to be aware of. In groups of three, we will make a batch of jelly to take home. We'll use locally grown fruit, and follow the low-sugar recipe, letting the natural fruit flavor to burst as you enjoy it on freshly made bread. Participants should bring aprons or clothes that can handle a few stains, as it might get a little messy. All supplies and jelly making ingredients will be provided.
