IPC J-STD-001 Certified Solder Application Specialist (CIS)

The J-STD-001 CIS certification is a portable credential recognizing an individual’s understanding of the J-STD-001.  This course is open to anyone in an electronic manufacturing industry that is required to work to this standard.  The course specifically targets Production/Rework operators, Inspectors, Technicians, QC personnel, Manufacturing or Process Engineers, and management currently working in the electronics manufacturing industry. Must have some basic soldering skills. Module 1 is a prerequisite for Modules 2-5.
