Digital Storytelling - Photostory 3

Digital Storytelling - Photostory 3 (5332-01)

Photostory enables the addition of visual creativity teachers of any subject matter. Participants will learn how to create slideshows using your digital photos or pictures from the internet. PhotoStory allows you to touch-up, crop, or rotate pictures. Once the timeline is built, authors can add in special effects, soundtracks, and their own voice narration to your photo stories. These creations can be further personalized with titles and captions. The real beauty of this is that the final product WMV is a small file size making it easy to send the photostory in an e-mail. Watch them on your TV, a computer, or a Windows Mobile–based portable device.

Teachers will learn how to integrate video production processes into their curriculum using Windows “Photostory 3.”  Basic camera techniques, editing techniques and student grouping will ignite creativity and enhance learning in any subject matter. Participants will capitalize on using video production in the classroom to promote learning in engaging, hands-on ways.
