Real Estate Module I

Do you want a career in real estate? This class is intended for the beginner in real estate who has little, if any, previous knowledge in the field. A solid core of fundamental concepts such as property rights contracts, deeds, legal descriptions, real estate finance, appraising, real estate license, law, etc., will be studied. This course partially fulfills the educational requirements specified by the Commission for Salesperson Applicants.
