If it involves food, cooking, health or reaching those persons with low resources, Julie enjoys teaching it! When not teaching a diabetes class, canning course or cooking workshop, Julie can be found crocheting, sewing, gardening, traveling or enjoying a long conversation. As a mother, grandmother and wife, she practices what she teaches; just ask her adult children! Involvement as a childbirth educator, being a doula at childbirth and during postpartum recovery, Julie is very committed to inspiring couples to achieve the birth they are hoping for.
