Ever wanted to make yogurt at home? You’ll save money and get all of the benefits of yogurt after taking this class. You’ll learn about the history of yogurt, safety tips for the at-home yogurt maker, troubleshooting, and ideas for what you can do with your finished product. Participants will sample yogurt during class and make granola to accompany it.
