We will use four different starters to create wonderful breads, rolls, pizza dough and breakfast foods – Traditional Yukon Territory sourdough from the gold rush days, a tangy, flavorful San Francisco 49’ers secret sourdough, Swedish Rye and a special Italian Favorite for the best sourdough pizza crust you have ever tasted! You will also receive sourdough starters for use in your own kitchen.
