Negotiation and decision making are among the most in-demand leadership skills in organizations and applicable both professionally and personally.  Learn the fundamentals and actively practice your negotiation and decision making skills using role-plays and case studies in a course modeled on curriculum developed at the Harvard Business School.  This course is targeted for working professionals and meets evening weekly from the third week of August to the Beginning of December.  Taught by ISU College of Business professor Dr. Alex Bolinger.
