Everyone finishes first in group ride. This class uses specialized stationary bikes and is adaptable for all levels. While pedaling in a group setting, we’ll focus on building endurance and strength, using variations in intervals and intensity, while allowing for a healthy recovery at the end of the ride. Accompanied by energizing music, you’ll roll over the hill, chase the pack, climb mountains, and spin your way to burning calories, increasing oxygen flow, and strengthening your lower body.
