Perfect for those of all ages and fitness levels, as every move can be modified to fit the clients needs. Beginning barre classes entail low impact exercises full of isometric and static moves to work all of the little muscles that don't always get utilized.

Classes may be held using the barre for balance or an assist while performing a range of strengthening exercises. This ballet and pilates based workout is a great way to strengthen the core, develop long, lean muscle, increase strength, flexiblity, and balance. A great class to try if you've never tried it, are recovering from injury, pregnant or post-natal, or just wanting a new way to workout.
(You must bring grip socks to every class.)
