Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP)

Designed for individuals wishing to get an introduction to Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP). Stand up paddle boards (SUP) offer a fun, relaxing way to play on the water and delivers a full-body workout. The course will cover Stand Up Paddle Board technique, paddle strokes, equipment and water safety. The class will start off on flat water to introduce basic techniques and progress to a moving water experience by the end of the course.

All stand up paddle boarding equipment is included.
