Feel your best. After a long, busy day learn how to reduce soreness and tightness, as well as increase blood flow and flexibility. Stretching can also help you cool down, increase muscle relaxation and improve your overall body movements. Stretching can be done standing, on the floor or modified to use a supportive chair. Learn moves that will improve your overall health. Wear comfortable clothing you can bend and stretch in.
