Enjoy a workout with warm-up, cardio, strength, flexibility & cool down/stretch with little impact so the workout is easy on knees, hips, and backs. Participants will experience quick gains in strength because they are constantly working against the water’s resistance. Great for beginners & can also can be an intense workout for the experienced by adjusting moves' size and speed or by suspending (no feet touching the bottom) or rebounding (jumping off the bottom of the pool).
