Get ready to impress your friends! During this hands-on class, you’ll make arugula and artichoke salad with lemon vinaigrette, linguine with asparagus and prosciutto, pappardelle with black olive tapenade and goat cheese, and basil-limoncello sorbet. You must be able to stand for the duration of the class.
Class fee: $35 (non-refundable). AARP will sponsor the remaining $35 fee.
