This one week, no credit, course is for students wishing to refresh their elementary math skills before beginning their fall semester. The course will be conducted as a guided workshop with students working together to understand math concepts they are likely to see in Math 1123. These concepts include number sense, fractions, decimals, percentages, how rounding works, scientific notation, multiplications tables, basic algebra. We will also cover important things you can do to be successful in your upcoming math course.
