Aquatics Fun in the Endless River: Combining water and walking is an absolute joy. Come join us in our 3 foot deep endless river that has a pump driven current which provides resistance to increase muscular strength, endurance and balance. The bonus to this class is that it’s really fun!! All fitness levels are welcome. Wear a swimsuit or close fitting top and bottoms. Male participants do not need a shirt.
