Strength Training Basics

This is about more than just muscles. According to scientific study, strength training beneficially impacts the ten determinants of aging

that you’re capable of controlling. In this class you’ll learn the basics of strength training in a gym and in the home. So you can bulk up--and

practically reverse the aging process--no matter where life takes you. Safety, etiquette, technique, and adaptation are discussed. Free

weights, machines, and body weight exercises will be covered. Remember to wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers.
