This class will teach you how to build and decorate a traditional two tiered rolled fondant wedding cake. The class will include frosting technique basics for covering cakes in rolled fondant. We will learn traditional piping techniques such as dotted swiss, picot, and beaded borders. Use of fresh, silk or sugar flowers will be discussed. Each student will build and decorate their own tiered cake to take home and enjoy.
A supply list is available online, please be prepared when coming to class.
