Planning for a Highway Cleanup Project

These are planning sessions for the first actual clean-up to be scheduled in Spring, 2015.  We need to talk about such things as what is involved, how we might make the work easy, what locations are available, and what we might want to do afterward.  If we can get online, we may be able to seek information and possibly even sign up for a stellar stretch of highway, just suited to our idea of a good time.  Highway cleanup is not difficult, and with enough people and the right equipment, it can be a lot of fun and a very satisfying way to do something positive on two mornings a year.  We might decide to work with an already-established group, or to set up our own NKA clean-up team.  After that, we'll schedule a clean-up day in the spring and again in the fall each year for as long as people are interested.
