Microsoft Outlook is a personal information manager. It is most commonly used as an  email application. When used to its capacity, it is a great tool for being organized. It can be used as a stand-alone application or for multiple users in an organization. This course teaches how to use the Ribbon interface to navigate Outlook, set email options, send and respond to messages, attach files and manage folders. Learn how to create and manage  notes, tasks, journal entries, calendar and meeting items, contacts, snapshots, to-do lists, etc. This is a great course for an individual and even better for members of an organization who are looking for a simple tool to improve interoffice communication among their group.
