Learn how to make classic, delicious Mexican dishes with Sur La Table’s resident chef Daisy Lewis. On the menu: Baja shrimp tacos with lime crema, spiced pork medallions with roasted apple and tomatillo salsa, roasted poblanos stuffed with chorizo, and tres leches cake with coconut. You must be able to stand for the duration of the class. Class sponsored by AARP.
