Iris Mayer and Debbie Shell joined with Hope for a Better World, a local organization, in August 2016. The opportunity gave them a chance to not only serve humanity, but to also learn firsthand a little more about the Syrian refugee situation in Greece by living in and working in a Syrian refugee camp. They will discuss the current world refugee situation, especially in Greece, by giving some history and sharing their stories and photos.
