This class is an introduction to fondant decorated cakes.  In this course we will cover methods used for leveling and filling cakes, preparing cakes for fondant, and different techniques used decorating and finishing fondant cakes.  These techniques are the building blocks for successfully decorating of your own birthday cakes and wedding cakes.  Students will trim, fill and cover their own cake, as well as finish it with decorations of their choosing to take home and enjoy.

A supply list is available online, please be prepared when coming to class.
