Born in the Navy SEALS, TRX suspension training builds true functional strength while improving your flexibility, balance, and core. The training relies on bodyweight, suspension grips, and gravity. TRX moves are distinguished from traditional exercises because your hands or feet are generally supported by a single anchor point, while the opposite end of your body is in contact with the ground. Utilized by trainers, athletes, the U.S. military, and people Just Like You, TRX adapts to all fitness levels, so you can get a fast, fun, and effective total-body workout.
