Nola Orr will share an exciting story of Mexican Air Force in WWII. Did you know that Mexico declared war on the Axis powers along with the United States? Have you ever heard of the Aztec Eagles and their contribution to the freedom of the Philippines? Did you know that the pilots received some of their training at the Air Base in Pocatello, Idaho, and their flight trainers were women?!!! All true and the Bannock County Museum will have items on display that validates her research.
