Dutch Oven Cooking

This is a two-part class. First class will cover care and seasoning of Dutch ovens, lecture on cooking and heat management.  Students willprepare simple dishes for tasting.  Second class students will prepare a complete meal.  Recipes, all ingredients, and equipment will be provided.  Come and enjoy the art of Dutch Oven cooking.  Bring folding chair and beverage.  Everyone is expected to help set up and clean up.
