This is a hands-on class. We will cover care and seasoning of Dutch ovens. Students will be provided with recipes, all ingredients, and equipment to prepare a complete meal. Bring folding chair, beverage, and appetite. Everyone is expected to help set up and clean up. Class fee is due September 7; if not received by then, people on the wait list will be contacted.
