Chi Running combines the inner focus of T'ai Chi with modern physics to create a revolutionary running technique that reduces pain and increases joy, focus and mental clarity.  This class is for you if you would simply like to learn how to run more efficiently and prevent injury or if you are looking to increase speed and set a new personal best at your next race.  This class is appropriate for all skill levels from beginner to near elite runners who run all terrain from trails to roads.
